Strain my neck urgh :/

Just finished cleaning the flooded coop and re-bedded my whole chicken coop and just when i was catching all my female hens chicks to put away, i strained my neck muscle and it hurted! I froze for a bit, OMG, that pain was a killer!! But i feel a little better now, thank god :) That whole cleaning coop for the whole day was so tiring, but now I feel better knowing that my chickens will be sleeping great now :P
